I have built a very busy practice over the last 18 years. Starting in February of 2026 I will be restructuring my practice to return to my roots of Midwifery. When I was a new Midwife I did all in home care and as Midwifery has grown it pushed me to all in office care. I will be stepping back from the very busy practice model of Midwifery and I will only be accepting 2-3 clients a month starting in February of 2026 and offering mostly all appointments in home care for clients within 20 miles of my home in Mauldin, SC. I will still accept clients outside of that range but will offer more in office care though you can still expect to have some prenatal visits in your home as well. I will still have a Greenville office for our other visits. I look to build deep relationships with my clients and enjoy the slowness for prenatal care and postpartum that will come with having a less busy practice. I will continue to offer in home postpartum care just like I always have with 4-5 in home postpartum visits. You can still expect the same standard of a two Midwife birth team as I have had in the past. When it comes time for birth I will bring another trusted Midwife with me to your birth.
For my repeat families this other Midwife who will come to be apart of your birth will be one of the other Midwives who have been apart of Hatched that you have loved as part of your birth team in the past!!
Our new package for 2026 I plan to offer a more all encompassing type care focusing on supporting families Think of a more concierge style of care that we will be able to offer with our limited client load I will be offering mostly all in home care with lab work visits in office.
Our package will include: Prenatal care, birth including water birth, birth supplies, childbirth class options, a resource loaded with great books, breastfeeding class, placenta encapsulation (if desired) with our standard package.
We will offer additions to our package to include IBCLC postpartum visits, and additional household postpartum support from a postpartum support professional.
In September 2025 I will be traveling to take the Gillsspie CFT training to begin offering CFT to our clients as well.
